Naudain T. Radcliff grew up in inner-city Pittsburgh, a four-year varsity baseball player who walked on at IUP — and learned everything the hard way. He flunked out, drove trucks, came back, and became the first in his family to graduate from college. Then he spent years as an admissions advisor, a Boy Scouts professional, and a Little League coach.
